Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Postbox SEO's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

Postbox SEO provides local SEO services for small businesses, including:

• Google Business Profile management and optimization
• Google Maps ranking optimization
• Voice search optimization
• Local citation building and cleanup
• Local keyword research and strategy

Services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Terms

• Pricing: Current pricing is available on our Services page
• Billing: Monthly services are billed on the 1st of each month
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, ACH, and checks
• Late Payments: Services may be suspended for accounts 15+ days overdue
• Refunds: See our 90-day money-back guarantee on the Services page

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel services at any time with 30 days written notice via email to [email protected]. You will be responsible for payment through the end of the 30-day notice period.

Upon cancellation:

• Your Google Business Profile remains claimed and verified
• We cease all ongoing optimization work
• You retain ownership of all content created for your business

Your Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Grant necessary access to your Google Business Profile and website
• Respond to our requests for information in a timely manner
• Not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes
• Comply with Google's Terms of Service and Guidelines

No Guarantees

While we use proven strategies and work diligently to improve your local search rankings, we cannot guarantee specific ranking positions or results. Search engine algorithms change frequently, and rankings depend on many factors outside our control including competition, industry, and Google's algorithms.

• Regular communication and reporting
• Honest, transparent service
• Our best effort to achieve results

Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of your business information, images, and content. By working with us, you grant us permission to use this content to perform our services.

Our Content: Our processes, strategies, and proprietary materials remain our intellectual property. You may not share, resell, or redistribute our proprietary methods.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Postbox SEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to existing clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
